We're growing our team and looking for a React Developer who cares about architecture and craft — not just getting the screen to render.
What you'll work on
• Building UIs with React and a modern React framework (e.g. Next.js, Remix) • State management and predictable data flow (e.g. Redux Toolkit, Context) • Server state & data fetching (e.g. React Query) • Consuming REST APIs the right way — graceful loading, empty, and error states • Offline-first thinking: caching and keeping the UI usable on flaky networks • Real-time UI updates over websockets (e.g. Socket.IO) • Internationalization with full RTL / Arabic support (e.g. react-i18next) • Routing and deep linking (e.g. React Router, Next.js routing) • Reusable components and a consistent design system (e.g. Tailwind, shadcn/ui, MUI)
What we're looking for
• Strong React fundamentals and TypeScript • A real feel for component architecture and app-wide state • Performance instincts — memoization, list virtualization (e.g. react-window), code splitting, asset optimization • Testing (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress) and accessibility (a11y) • An eye for detail — you notice the 4px that's off • Real-time apps, offline caching
